Commissioner Samar called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at Quinlan Community
Center, 10185 N. Stelling Road, Cupertino, CA

Liu motioned to approve the minutes. Semar seconds. Motion passes.

NEW BUSINESS
a) Begin drafting a teen commission characteristic report: Commissioners refined a
list of 31 characterisitcs to six. A draft report is the next step.
OLD BUSINESS
a) WOW updates: Brochures delivered on 4/7, Prize and cost list was turned in and
will be used to collect select prizes.
