Tree Removal Request Attachment - Justification Statement
Location: 10112 Adelheif Ct.
We have an Aleppo Pine tree in our backyard that is almost 25 to 30 feet tall, but of
the growth of the tree is not at 90 degrees to the ground as most trees are. This
particular tree is growing at 30 to 45 degrees to the ground. This has resulted in
number of the problems, including the tree moving closer to the house and now
pushing against the top part of the house. Whenever there is 20+ miles an hour
wind, the tree starts to bang against the top balcony of the house making pretty loud
sound.
If the tree is not removed immediately, two things will happen. It will finally break
the top balcony of the house, and because of it growth at 30 to 45 to the ground it
will fall due to its own weight.
I have attached a number of pictures with the request, and have also made an effort
to draw a diagram the tree.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Appreciate all help.
