A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR FILING AND
PROCESSING OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino has amended the Municipal Code
by adopting Chapter 20.04 providing for Development Agreements;
and
WHEREAS, Section 20.20.020 allows the City Council, by
separate resolution, to establish a schedule of fees and charges
for the filing and processing of said Development Agreements; and
WHEREAS, the filing and processing

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cupertino that said filing and processing fees shall be
charged to the applicant on an hourly basis for those City staff
persons involved in the review and processing of the Development
Agreements. Said fees shall be based on the current City Salary
Ordinance and contractural agreement with the City Attorney, as
amended from time to time. Additionally, the applicant shall pay
all costs for material and notice publications as required. Upon
filing an application for a Development Agreement, the applicant
shall deposit a sum in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00). Said amount shall be credited toward any cost
incurred by the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 21st day of January, 1985, by the following vote:
