A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM NORMAN C.
HULBERG~ AND KENNETH W. GILBEAU AND AUDREY J. GILBEAU~
TRUSTEES OF THE GILBEAU FAMILY TRUST~ CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 0.165 ACRES ON ORANGE AVENUE AND ADRIANA AVENUE
WHEREAS, Norman C. Hulberg, and Kenneth W. Gilbeau and Audrey J.
Gilbeau, Trustees of the Gilbeau Family Trust, have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient Porm
granting to the City of Cupertino~ County of Santa Clara, State of
California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes,
situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as
follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
approximately 0.165 aeres on Orange Avenue and Adriania Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino aceept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City oP Cupertino this 4th day of February, 79a5 by the following vote:

All that certain real property situate in the city of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of
lands described in deed to Gilbeau et al recorded on September 27,
1984 in Book I916 at Page 260, Official Recorda of Santa Clara
County, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Adriana Avenue
60 feet wide distant thereon S 0° 03' 3$" E 8.00 feet from the
soutneast corner of Lot 22 of Tract No. 651, recorded in Book 24
of Maps at Page 39r Sas?ta Clara County Records; thence from said
point of beginning along the westerly line of Adriana Avenue
S 0° 03' 38" E 40.00 feet; thence leaving said line and parallel
with the southerly line of Lot 22 of said Tract 651, S 89a 57' 14" W
79.61 feet; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of
20 feet through a central angle of 90° 25' 14" an arc length of
31.56 feet; thence S 0~ 28' E 87.66 feet; thence along a curve
to the left having a radiua of 20 feet through a central angle of
43° 00' 29" an arc length of 15.01 feet to a point which beara
S 46~ 31' 31" W from the center of said 20 foot radius curve, said
point also being the intersection of said 20 foot radius curve
with a curve having a radius of 1940 feet; thence along a curve
to the right from a tangent bearing of N 88° 37'38" W.having a
radius of 1940 Yeet through a central angle of 0° 45' 00" an arc
lengtn of 25.39 feet to the intersection of said curve with the
easterly line of that certain 10 foot wide strip of land described
in I.ia Pendene recorded in Book G627 at Page 610, Santa Clara
County Official Records; thence along eaid easterly line

of Grantors'; thence along said last-named line and parallel
