CC Resolution No. 6492 RESOLUTION N0. 6492 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM NORMAN C. HULBERG~ AND KENNETH W. GILBEAU AND AUDREY J. GILBEAU~ TRUSTEES OF THE GILBEAU FAMILY TRUST~ CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.165 ACRES ON ORANGE AVENUE AND ADRIANA AVENUE WHEREAS, Norman C. Hulberg, and Kenneth W. Gilbeau and Audrey J. Gilbeau, Trustees of the Gilbeau Family Trust, have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient Porm granting to the City of Cupertino~ County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows: All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approximately 0.165 aeres on Orange Avenue and Adriania Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino aceept said grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
