A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER N0. 5 FOR
CITY HALL AIR CONDITIONZNG MODIFICATION
PHASE II - MAINTENANCE AND APPROVING APPROPRIATION
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California,
that Change Order No. 5 for additions to work which has been approved by
the Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Couneil, be,
and it is hereby approved in con~unetion with the pro~ect known as
CITY HALL AIR CONDITIONING
MODIFICATION PHASE II MAINTENANCE
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that and appropriation from the General Fund in
the amount of $2,854.00 is hereby approved to cover this Change Order.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 4th day of February, 1985 by the following vote:
