A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE CUPERTINO
UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT JOLLYMAN AND HOOVER SCHOOL SITES
WHEREAS, the Cupertino Union School District of Santa Clara County,
which acquired title as "Cupertino School District of Santa Clara County",
has executed a grant deed which is in good and sufficient form granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the
fee title to certain real property, situate in the City of Cupertino, more
particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a
part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 11.211 acres, located: 6.157 acre parcel being west of
De La Farge Drive at the Sollyman School Site; 5.057 acre parcel
being west of Donegal Drive at the Hoover School Site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered, and
IT IS FURTH~R RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
to deliver this acceptance to the California Land Title Company for recordation
with the Deed in accordance with existing escrow instructions.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 4th day of Fehruarv. 1985, by the following vote:
