A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ORDERING VACATION OF A PORTION OF STEVENS CREEK
BOULEVARD~ LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER WITH
ORANGE AVENUE~ AS PROVIDED IN SECTION $32~ ET SEQ. OF THE STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, hearing on Resolution of Intention No. 6464 was held on
February 4, 1985 at a regular meeting of the City Council at 10300 Torre
Avenue, Cupertino, California;
WHEREAS, it appears that notice thereoP was duly given as required by
law; and
WHEREAS from the evidence presented, both oral and documentary, it
appears to be to the best interest of the City to vacate the hereinafter
described portion of a City street; and that said portion of said City
street is unnecessary for present or prospeetive public street purposes;
and
WHEREAS, existing streets are adequate to handle present and future
pro3ected traPfic; and
WHEREAS, vacation is in conformance with the City's General Plan~
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That all or any protests against the vacation of said portion of
City street be and hereby are overruled and denied;
2. That said portion of Stevens Creek Boulevard described and shown
in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made part hereof~ be and
hereby is vacated.

ABANDONMENT OF PUBLIC ROADWAY:
ROADWAY TO BE ABANDONED WITHIN STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southwesterly line of parcel one of that
certain street dedication, recorded in Book F 356 of Official Records page 331,
Santa Clara County Records, with the East line of Parcel 1 as shown on that
certain Parcel Map filed in Book 469 of Maps page 49, Santa Clara County
Records; Thence from said Point of Beginning along said southwesterly line and
the northeasterly line of th8t certain portion of Stevens Creek Boulevard
abandoned, recorded in Book 358 of Official Records page 614, Santa CLara
County Records N 84° 29' 21" W 44.08 ft.; along a&urve to the right, having a
radius of 87.37 f~., through a central angle of 14 08' 27" for an arc length
of 2b.56 ft; N 70 20' 54' W 11.68 ft.; thence leaving said northeasterly line
S 84 29' 21" E 76.21 ft. to the nortl~erly prolongation of said East line of
parcel l; thence along said line S 0 03' 41" E 5.53 ft. to the point of
beginning.
Containing 0.008 acres more of less.
