am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said
order has not been revoked.
I declare that the notice, of which the annexed is a printed copy,

FIRST READING ORDINANCE NO.16-2148
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, September 6, 2016, the Cupertino City
Council conducted the first reading of Ordi-
nance No. 16-2148 (development agreement
DA-2016-01): "An Ordinance of the City Council
of the City of Cupertino approving a Develop-
ment Agreement by and among the City of
Cupertino, Cupertino 10145, LLC, and Marina
Plaza LLC, for the Marina Plaza project at 10122
Bandley Drive and 10145 North De Anza Boule-
vard." Ayes: Chang, Vaidhyanathan, Paul,
Sinks, Wong. Noes: None. The second reading
is scheduled for Tuesday, September 20, 2016.
Council meets at 6:45 p.m., Council Chamber,
Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre Ave-
nue, Cupertino, California. Complete copies
are posted in the Office of the City Clerk. All
interested parties are invited to attend and be
heard. If you wish to challenge the action of
the City Council in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this
notice, or in written correspondence delivered
to the City of Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to,
the public hearing.
