years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said
order has not been revoked.

MCA-2016.02
LEGAL NOTICE OF REGULAR PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA, on September 20,
2016, at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers of
the Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre
Avenue is hereby given. The following
application(s) for action by the Planning Com-
mission will be heard:
1.Application No.(s): MCA-2016.02
Applicant:Clty of Cupertino
Location : all areas within the City of Cupertino
city boundaries
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of
Cupertino City Council will consider amend-
ments to Chapter 19.124, Parking Regulations,
of the Cupertino Municipal Code. The amend-
ment includes allowing modifications and im-
provements to legal non -conforming single
family garages. The proposed amendment will
also include updates to the standards for bicy
cle parking and facilities consistent with the
City of Cupertino 2016 Bicycle Transportation
Plan adopted on June 21, 2016.
Environmental Recommendation: Categori-
cally Exempt (that the City Council consider
this action as exempt under CEQA Guidelines
Section 15061(b)(3), 15354 as there is no poten-
tial for this action to cause a significant effect
on the environment)
On August 9, 2016, the City of Cupertino's Plan-
ning Commission recommended that the City
of Cupertino's City Council approve the
amendments to the City's Municipal Code per
Resolution No. 6816 by a vote of 4-0-1 (Gong
absent).
All environmental documents for the descri-
bed applications are available for public re-
view at the Cupertino Community Develop-
ment Department, 10300 Torre Avenue,
Cupertino, California, 95014. If you challenge
the action of the City Council in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing de-
scribed in this notice, or in written correspond-
ence delivered to the City of Cupertino at, or
prior to, the public hearing.
