To Whom It May Concern,
Please be advised- as your application for a Tree Removal Permit (TR-2024-042) requesting the removal of
one 29-inch Deodar Cedar at the front of your property located at 20731 Fargo Drive in Cupertino, has
remained incomplete since November 8, 2024. This Tree Removal Application has been closed due to
inactivity as of Thursday, December 18, 2025.
If you would like to re-apply for the tree’s removal, since you have an issued Building Permit for the
construction of a new two-story single family dwelling, BLD-2025-1292, issued on 11/20/2025, you would
need to instead submit a revision to the Building Permit and a revised site plan proposing the removal of
the tree and the project planner reviewing this proposal, Jelani Mora, who would then coordinate peer
review of this proposal by the City’s outside arborist consultant.
