A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTiNG GRANT OF EASEP~PIT :OR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
ROBERT NAEGELE AND VALERIE E. NAEGELE CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 0.01 ACRES, LOCATED ALONG ORCHARD COURT
WHEREAS, Robert Nsegele and Valerie F. Naegele have executed
a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient
form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes,
situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
Al1 that certain real~ property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approximately
0.01 acres along Orchard Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino
accept said gran[ so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and sheis hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Cupertino this 6th day of May , 1985, by the following
vote:

All that certain real property, situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clare, State of Californie, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 6, as shown on that
Certain Map entitled "Map of Russellhurst, Monte Vista" which
said map was recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of Santa Clara County, California, on the llth day of April,
A.D. 19'17, in Book "P" of Maps, at Page 22; thence North
along the Westerly boundary of said Lot 6 ten (10) feet; thence
Easterly along a line parallel to the Southerly boundary of said
Lot 6, S. 89 35' E., a distance of fifteen (15) feet; thence
Southeasterly along a curve with a radius of thirty (30) feet
a distance of twenty-five point twenty-three (2.5.23') feet
through an $rc of forty-eight degre&s, eleven minutes, fourteen
seconds (48 11' 14"); thence N. 89 35' W. along the Southerly
boundary of said Lot 6 thirty-seven point thirty-six (37.36')
feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
