A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF TRACT N0. ~661
LOCATED ON TORRE AVENUE; DEVELOPER, CUPERTINO TOWN
CENTER PROPERTY~ ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS~ AUTHORIZING
SIGNING OF FINAL MAP AND It~'ROVEMENT PLANS; AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and
Por authorization to record final map of Traet No. 7661 located on Torre
Avenue showing certain avenues, drives, places, and roads by Cupertino
Town Center Property; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Couneil a proposed
agreement Por the construetion of streets, curbs, and gutters~ and for
other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as
set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the Paithful
performance of said work and the carrying out oP sa3d agreement; and said
map, agreement and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED THAT
a. Said final map and improvement plans of Traet ~661, be and the
same are hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for roadway and for easements is hereby
accepted.
c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said final map.
d. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the improvement
plans.
e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 6th , day of May 1985 by the following
vote:
