Dear City Council and Staff,
Thank you for keeping this information up to date as required and making sure it matches reality – the organizational
structure and positions that currently exist.
In reviewing this, I noticed that there seems to be one discrepancy.
Q: Why is Human Resources Manager = 2 but the Management Analyst = 1?
In other departments, the manager is a 1.

Q: What is the difference between a position that is Category 1 and a position that is “1 (Gov. Code § 87200 filers)”?
REQUEST: If there is a difference, could the explanation of this difference by added to the Conflict of Interest Code?
