years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637, Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said

SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO.16-2145
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday. August 2, 2016, the Cupertino City
Council conducted the second readin8 of Ordi-
nance No. 16-2145: "An ordinance of the City
Council of the Cityof Cupertino amending sec-
tion 11.27.145 of the Cupertino Municipal Code
relating to designation of preferential parking
zones" on Hammond Way on Saturdays, Sun-
days and holidays between the hours of 7 am.
and 4 p.m. Ayes: Chang, Vaidhyanathan, Paul,
Sinks,ng. Noes: None. This ordinance was
enacted and will go into effect thirty (30) days

from that date. A complete copy is posted in
the Office of the Cit Clerk. If you wish to chal-
lenge the action ofythe City Council in court,
YOU may be limited to raising only those issues
YOU or someone else raised at the public hear-
ing described in this notice, or in written corre-
spondence delivered to the City of Cupertino
City Hall at, or prior to, the public hearing.
