The City has committed to preparing and implementing a TIF Program to guarantee funding for roadway infrastructure improvements that are necessa- ry to mitigate traffic impacts from future pri- vate development projects. To support the TIF, the City will prepare a Nexus Study that will serve as the basis for requiring development impact fees.
