STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS: Each Bidder shall be required to submit a "Statement of Qualifications" in accordance with Document 00200 (Instructions to Bidders) and Document 00450 (Statement of Qualifications for Construction Work). 4. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: Work includes installation sidewalk, curb, gutter and park strip. In addition, the scope Includes construction of o curb ramps and driveways as well as a drainage inlet, pavement restoration and other pertinent work necessary to construct the proj- ect as shown on approve plans and specified in the project specifications.
