Council will consider pursuant to CMC 2.08.096,
(1) reconsideration of its decision of April 19,
2016, and if reconsideration is granted, (2) a
hearing to approve a Petition for Reconsidera-
tion of the decision to deny an Appeal of the
2/23/16 Planning Commission's decision to de-
ny an appeal of a Director's approval of a Two
Story Permit to allow the construction of a
new 5,140 square foot single family residence
and a Minor Residential Permit to allow a sec-
