years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.

May 17, 2016 the Cupertino City Council will
consider an Appeal of a 4/4/16 decision of the
City Manager o deny an appeal of a Director's
Penalty fee assessment for damage to a pro-
tected street tree (Section 14.12.080(C)); Ap-
pellant: Li-erh Wang; Location: 10779
