NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting on
April 19, 2016 the Cupertino City Council will
consider an Appeal of the 2/23/16 Planning
Commission's decision to deny an appeal of a
Director's approvalof aTwo Story Permit to al-
low the construction of a new 5,140 square
foot single family residence and a Minor Resi-
dential Permit to allow a second story balcony
on the new residence; Application No(s).: R-
2015-08, RM-2015-08; Applicant(s): Jing Quan
(Kingkay Capital, LLC); Appellant(s): Jan
Kucera Jr., Mathew R. Miller and Angela M.D.
Miller; Location: 21900 oakview Lane APN
#326-19-105. At the meeting of Tuesday, Febru-
ary 23, 2016, the Planning Commission recom-
mended denial of the appeal and upheld the
decision of the Community Development Direc-
tor per Resolution numbers #6798 and 6799.
