years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of

NON -POINT SOURCE CONTROL
STORM WATER DRAINAGE MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, May 3, 2016, the Cupertino City Coun-
cil will review the amount of revenue produced
by the storm drainage service charge and the
estimated cost of the City's Non -Point Source
Control and Storm Water Management Pro-
gram (flood control and creek pollution pre-
vention). The report will contain a description
of each parcel receiving the benefit of the
storm drainaae system. and the amount of the
ises for the forthcoming fiscal year. At the
time stated below, the City Council shall hear
and consider all objections or protests, if any,
to the report referred to in this notice. Upon
the conclusion of the hearing, the City Council
may adopt, revise, change, reduce, or modify
any charge or overrule any or all objections
and shall make its determination upon each
charge as described in the report, which deter.
