FIRST READING ORDINANCE NO. 16-2142
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, March 15, 2016, the Cupertino City
Council conducted the first reading of Ordi-
nance No. 16.2142: "An Ordinance of the City
Council of the City of Cupertino to repeal
chapter 14.15 of the Cupertino Municipal Code
entitled "Landscaping Ordinance" and replace
it with a new Chapter 14.15 entitled "Land-
scape Ordinance" in order to improve reada-
bility and to comply with state -mandated up-
dates to the Model with
Landscape
Ordinance." Ayes: Chang, Vaidhyanathan,
Paul, Sinks, Wong. The second reading is
scheduled for Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Council
meets at 6:45 p.m., Council Chamber,
Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre Ave-
nue, Cupertino, California. Complete copies
are posted in the Office of the City Clerk. All
interested parties are invited to attend and be
heard. If you wish to challenge the action of
the City Council in court, you may be limited to
raising onoy those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this
notice, or in written correspondence delivered
to the City of Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to,
the public hearing.
