years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case

sion will conduct a public hearing for the Com
munity Development Block Grant (CDBG) Pro
gram Analyysis of Impediments to Fair Hous. 0
Choice (AU. The CDBG Al provides informatior
on fair housing, identifies limitations to hous
ing choice, and offers recommendations to
minimize or eliminate any fair housing choice
barriers that individuals and households face
in their search for housing. The Cupertino
Housing Commission meets at 9.00 a.m. at City

ested parties are invited to attend and be
