A kESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF R PR~POSAL TO REPROGRAM
$28,648 IN RESIDUAL C~MMUNITY HLOCk GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Housing and Community Development Act of
1474 provides that funds be made availa6le for the Community
Development block 6rant Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino has residual 4unds left
in the following project accounts:

WHEREAS, the above projects are complete; and
WHEREAS, th~ City of Cupertina wishes to reprogram the
above residual funds.
NOW, THEREFOkE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
Cupertino hereby certifies that the project being proposed fQ~
funding meets the certifications outlined in Section 570.~43 0{
the Community Development Block Grant Adminiatrativ~ Regulations;
and
HE IT FURTHER RE50LVED that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to submit a proposal to reprogram ~18,648 to the
fallowing project(s):
