PPI is signatory to Unions and utilizes Laborers and Operating Engineers in performing our work. Unfortunately, there has been conflicts with scheduling due to certain crews needed on other projects. We are slowly getting back to compliance, overall. For the Laborers craft, we are at 57% for the month of June, and 58% cumulatively. Operators craft is in compliance at 42% for the month of June, and 42% cumulatively. We have entered a group of our Operating Engineer workers into the Advanced B Apprenticeship Program that has been approved by the Division of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS). They are gradually being indentured as their tests are completed and approved. PPI recently hard a large number of Laborers graduate the Accelerated Apprenticeship Program as well. Within the next month we'll be entering another group of Laborers into the program as well. PPI will consistently work cooperatively with our client, the Owner, and the State to meet, or exceed, all project goals by using graduates of applicable apprenticeship programs. Please let me know if you have any questions.
