CC Resolution No. 6604 RESOLUTION N0. 6604 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM FRANCINE GLIDEWELL AND EARNEST E. BAXTER CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.02 ACRES~ LOCATED EAST SIDE OF BYRNE AVENUE BETWEEN DOLORES AVENUE AND MCCLELLAN ROAD WHEREAS, Franeine Glidewell and Earnest E. Baxter, Grantor, have executed a Grant of Easement whieh is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of CaliFornia, an easement for roadway purposes over the property situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly deseribed in Exh3bit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof: All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approximately 0.02 aere, located east side of Byrne Avenue between Dolores Avenue and MeClellan Road. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino aecept said grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized to record said Grant of Easement and th3s Resolution.
