THIRD AMENDMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AND ALESHIRE & WYNDER, LLP
FOR CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES
This Third Amendment between the City of Cupertino, a municipal corporation (hereinafter
"City") and ALESHIRE & WYNDER, a Limited Liability Partnership (“Firm”), whose address is
1970 Broadway #920, Oakland, CA 94612, is made with reference to the following:
RECITALS:
A.On February 23, 2025, the City and Firm entered into an Agreement for City Attorney
services (“Agreement”);
B.On February 24, 2026, the City and Firm entered into a First Amendment to the
Agreement;
C.On April 24, 2026, the City and Firm entered into a Second Amendment to the
Agreement;
D.City and Firm desire to modify the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth
herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed by and between the undersigned parties as
follows:
1. The term set forth in Paragraph 1 of the Agreement shall be extended to January 31, 2027.
