1. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public hearing to consider an ordinance regulating
conversion of multiple family rental projects (including duplexes) into
single -owner housing units. First Hearing.
2. Application 18-U-78 of STAFFIELD/ROSE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS: USE PERMIT
to construct a 9,200 sq. ft. building consisting of an emergency medical
service facility and retail commercial store; and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The
Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative
Declaration. Said property is located on the north side of Stevens Creek
Boulevard approximately 100 ft. westerly of Vista Drive. First Hearing
continued.
