CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 28-Z-77 of SALEEM SHAIKH: PREZONING one lot consisting of
approximately ¼ acre from Santa Clara County R1-10 (Residential, single-
family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) to City of Cupertino R1-10
(Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) or whatever
zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property
is located at the northerly terminus of Riviera Road. First Hearing
continued.
2. Application 30-Z-77 and 32 -TM -77 of JERRY MERKELO & WILLIAM MC GUIRE:
REZONING approximately 13.1 acres from Al -43 (Agricultural -Residential,
single-family, 1 -acre lot minimum) to Rl-100 (Residential, single-family
100,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit), or whatever zone may be deemed
appropriate by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to resubdivide
three lots comprising approximately 13.1 acres into four lots. Said
property is located at the southerly terminus of Regnart Road. First
Hearing continued.
3. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider an ordinance regulating
hillside residential development including building setbacks and height,
fence locations, permitted uses and vegetation removal. First Hearing
continued.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
4. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to amend Sections 18.16.260 through
18.16.310 of the Municipal Code relating to the regulation of Hillside
Subdivisions. First Hearing.
5. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider amendments of Ordinance
214(a) pertaining to excavations, grading and retaining walls. First
Hearing.

6. Application 1-Z-78 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 0.37 acres from
R3 (Residential, multiple) to P (Planned Development with commercial
use intent) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission. Said property is located easterly of and adjacent to
North De Anza Blvd. approximately 100 ft. southerly of the future
intersection of Lazaneo Drive and North De Anza Blvd. First Hearing.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
7. Request for Interpretation of Traffic Intensity Performance Standard
to Temporary Outdoor Seating for Restaurant Facility.
