1. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider a comprehensive
amendment to the General Plan. First Hearing continued.
2. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider an ordinance regulat-
ing hillside residential development including building setbacks and
height, fence locations, permitted uses and vegetation removal. First
Hearing continued.
3. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to amend Sections 18.16.260 through
18.16.310 of the Municipal Code relating to the regulation of Hillside
Subdivisions. First Hearing continued.
4. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider amendment of Ordinance
214(a) pertaining to excavations, grading and retaining walls. First
Hearing continued.
5. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider an ordinance regulating
the conversion of multi -family residences to single -owner housing units.
