Hi Jennifer,
We are doing well here at BKF. How are you? Hope you and your team are also doing well.
Here are the quotes for the map reviews:
1) $3,500 T&M = 19160 Cozette Ln – Parcel Map Review
2) $5,000 T&M = 10268 Bandley Dr – Final Map Review
The turnaround time is usually 3-4 weeks for the first round of reviews; the 2nd round may be 2 weeks from
resubmittal.
Would you need a separate proposal letter for each map? Or the quotes are suƯicient?
You can just use the same template for service order that we used for the previous map (Kirwin)?
