Bandley and Equity Development Co.) ADDRESS: P. 0. Box 191, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: November 27, 1974 LOCATION: Northwest corner of. the intersection of Stelling Road and Stevens Creek Boulevard ZONE: P (Planned Development with residential/recreational and incidental commercial activities intent) ACREAGE: 13.2 acres CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the tentative map be approved based upon Exhibit A of 26 -TM -74, as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. That Anton Way shall be constructed with a right of way section of thirty (30) feet between Alves Drive and Stevens Creek Boulevard. 17. That the existing oak tree on the property be retained and that the existing palms may be retained in their present location or moved to another location as may be approved by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee. 18. That the subject tentative map is approved based upon the approval of Zoning Application 25-Z-74 and Use Permit Applications 27-U--74 and 31-U-74. Said tentative map shall not be recorded until development agreements are signed with the development/owners of the projects encompassed by 27-U-74 and 31-U-74. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of March, 1975, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Adams, Cooper, Woodward, Chairman Gatto NAYS: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Commissioner O'Keefe ATTEST: APPROVED: James H.
