1. Applications 10-Z-79 and 12 -TM -79 of MAY INVESTMENT, INC.: REZONING approximately
1.4 acres from R3 (Multiple Family Residential) to R1C (Residential, single-family
cluster) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission;
TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide approximately 1.4 acres into five parcels ranging in size
from 5,700 sq. ft. to 10,800 sq. ft. and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental
Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Said property
is located on the northwesterly terminus of Scenic Boulevard just southerly of
Stevens Creek Boulevard. First Hearing continued. (WITHDRAWN FROM CALENDAR).
2. Application 17 -TM -79 of J.M.T DEVELOPMENT CO.: TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide approxi-
mately two acres into 15 parcels consisting of 13 residential parcels, one common
area parcel and one parcel equaling approximately .5 of an acre to accommodate
future development and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee
recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located on
the north side of Wildflower Way approximately 200 ft. easterly of Poppy Way.
First Hearing continued. Tentative City Council hearing date - September 17, 1979.
3. Application 18-U-78 of MEDEVAC, INCORPORATED: USE PERMIT request to allow a para-
medical team to utilize the Emergency Medical Services Center and to allow the
hours of operation for the Medical Services Center to be extended to enable the
paramedical team to operate on a 24 -hour basis and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The
Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration.
Said property is located at the northwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
Vista Drive. First Hearing continued. Tentative City Council hearing date -
September 17, 1979,

4. Application 24-Z-79 of CITY OF CUPERTINO (TOWN CENTER): REZONING approximately
50 gross acres from P (Planned Development) to P (Planned Development with
residential, commercial and office use intent) zone or whatever zone may be
deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The
Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration.
Said property is located on the southeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
De Anza Boulevard. First Hearing continued. Tentative City Council hearing date -
October 1, 1979.
5. Applications 16-Z-79 and 21-U-79 of REGNART CREEK ESTATES (WTW - WARREN WHALEY):
PREZONING approximately two gross acres from Santa Clara County A (Agricultural)
to City of Cupertino P (Planned Development with single-family residential intent)
zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; USE
PERMIT to construct nine new single-family homes while retaining one existing
home for a total of 10 homes on the subject property; and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW:
The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration.
Said property is located on the north side of Orogrande Place approximately 230
ft. westerly of Stelling Road. First Hearing. Tentative City Council hearing
date - October 1, 1979.
6. Applications 17-Z-79, 20-U-79 and 20 -TM -79 of PARK PLAZA DEVELOPMENT (MAYCO
CONSTRUCTION): REZONING approximately five gross acres from CG (General Commercial)
to P (Planned Development with residential intent) zone or whatever zone may be
deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; USE PERMIT to construct 12 three-story
buildings with underground parking to accommodate 144 residential condominium units;
TENTATIVE MAP to create one parcel consisting of 144 air space condominiums and
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting
of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located on the southwest corner of
Portal Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard. First Hearing. Tentative City Council
hearing date - October 1, 1979.
7. Application 17-U-79 of ELDON R. HOFFMAN (ANY MOUNTAIN, LTD.): USE PERMIT to
temporarily operate a ski ramp to be located in the parking lot of the existing
Any Mountain building and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The project is categorically
exempt)hence no action is required. Said property is located on the southwest
corner of Mariani Avenue and North De Anza Boulevard in a P (Planned Development
with industrial, commercial and residential intent) zoning District. First Hearing.
Tentative City Council hearing date - September 17, 1979.
8. Application 18-U-79 of WARREN B. HELD (BORELLI BROTHERS): USE PERMIT to construct
a two-story office building consisting of approximately 6,500 sq. ft. and
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting
of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located on the north side of Stevens
Creek Boulevard approximately 150 ft. easterly of De Anza Boulevard in a P (Planned
Development with commercial and professional office use intent) zoning district.
First Hearing. Tentative City Council hearing date - September 17, 1979.
9. Application 26-U-74 (Revised) of BETHEL LUTHERAN CHURCH: AMENDMENT OF A PREVIOUSLY
APPROVED USE PERMIT to operate a primary school covering preschool through the
third grade at the existing Bethel Lutheran Church and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The
Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration.
Said property is located on the southwest corner of Finch Avenue and Sorenson
Avenue in a BQ (Quasi -Public building) zoning district. First Hearing.

(KENSINGTON SQUARE): REZONING approximately 1.8 gross acres from R1-10
(Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size and R3 (Residential,
multiple family) to P (Planned Development with commercial and office use intent)
zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; USE
PERMIT to construct office buildings and private racquet ball facilities
consisting of a total of approximately 21,000 sq. ft.; TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide
the subject property into 19 condominium office parcels and one parcel to be held
in common ownership and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee
recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located on
the north side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 300 ft. westerly of
Portal Avenue. First Hearing. Tentative City Council hearing date - October 1, 1979.
