1. Applications 5-Z-79 and 6 -TM -79 of CHARLES & SHIRLEY SNYDER.: REZONING approxi-
mately .7 gross acres from Al -43 (Agricultural Residential 43,000 sq. ft.
minimum lot size) to Rl-10 (Residential single-family 10,000 sq. ft. minimum
lot size) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission;
TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide approximately .7 of an acre into two parcels equaling
approximately 15,000 sq. ft. each and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental
Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Said
property is located at the terminus of Mount Crest Place. First Hearing

2. Application 9 -TM -79 of MARTIN HALL/JAMES BOGHOSIAN: TENTATIVE MAP to modify
property lines for three existing parcels consisting of a total of approxi-
mately .8 of an acre. No new lots are being created. Individual modified
parcels will consist of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. each;. and ENVIRONMENTAL
REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a
Negative Declaration. Said property is located at the southwesterly terminus
of Miramonte Road approximately 350 ft. easterly of Stevens Canyon Road in

zone and ENVIRONM� NTAL REVIEW: The project was previously assessed hence no
action is required. Said property is located on the southwest corner of Stevens
Creek Boulevard and Bubb Road. First Hearing continued. City Council hearing

4. Applications 9-Z-79 and 11 -TM -79 of J. GUY FARTHING: REZONING approximately
1.3 gross acres from ML (Light Industrial) to R1C (Residential, single-family
cluster) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to resubdivide approximately 1.3 acres into eight
residential cluster parcels and one lot to be held in common ownership and
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the
granting of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located on the southeast
corner of Homestead Road and Lucky Oak Court adjacent to and westerly of the
Stevens Creek watercourse. First Hearing continued. City Council hearing
8/6/79.
5. Applications 10-Z-79 and 12 -TM -79 of MAY INVESTMENT, INC.: REZONING approxi-
mately 1.4 acres from R3 (Multiple Family Residential) to RiC (Residential,
single-family cluster) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the
Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide approximately 1.4 acres into
five parcels ranging in size from 5,700 sq. ft. to 10,800 sq. ft. and
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the
granting of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located on the north-
westerly terminus of Scenic Boulevard just southerly of Stevens Creek Boulevard.
First Hearing continued. (APPLICANT REQUESTS ONE MONTH CONTINUANCE).

approximately one acre from R2-4.25 (Residential Duplex, 4,250 sq. ft. minimum
lot size) to P (Planned Development with single-family residential intent) zone
or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission;
TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide one parcel consisting of approximately one acre into

approximately 3.8 gross acres from P (Planned Developmentwith general commercial,
light industrial and residential (4-10 dwelling units per acre) intent) zone
to P (Planned Development with residential cluster intent) zone or whatever
zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to
subdivide approximately 3.35 net acres into 60 residential cluster parcels
and one lot to be held in common ownership; USE PERMIT to construct 60 single-
family residential townhouses; and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental
Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Said
property is located on the southwest corner of North De Anza Boulevard and
Lazaneo Drive. First Hearing. City Council hearing 8/6/79.
8. Applications 16 -TM -79 and 13-U-79 of STEVENS CREEK OFFICE CENTER ASSOCIATES:
TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide one parcel consisting of approximately 6.4 acres
into two parcels equaling .8 of an acre and 5.6 acres; USE PERMIT to construct
three office buildings consisting of approximately 31,400 sq. ft. and
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the
granting of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located on the north side
of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 500 ft. westerly of Saich Way in a
P (Planned Development with General Commercial intent) zoning district.

9. Application 14-U-78 of THORNWOOD ASSOCIATES: MODIFICATION OF A PREVIOUSLY
APPROVED USE PERMIT for a 2,000 sq. ft.± electronic game center to modify
Condition 19 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1869 to permit said
facility to remain open until 12 o'clock midnight instead of 10 p.m. as
previously approved and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The project is categorically
exempt hence no action is required. Said property is located within the
Homestead Center on the southeast corner of Homestead Road and Stelling Road
in a P (Planned Development with recreational/entertainment and incidental
commercial intent) zone. First Hearing. City Council hearing 8/6/79.
10. CITY OF CUPERTINO: AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 812 prohibiting certain types
of construction on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays and during certain hours
on weekdays and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The project is categorically exempt
hence no action is required. First Hearing. City Council Hearing 8/6/79.
