Application 3 -TM -79 of STATE MUTUAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION: TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide approximately two acres into 23 parcels consisting of 20 townhouse parcels, one condominium parcel, one common area parcel and one parcel equaling approximately .8 of an acre to accommodate an office building and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The project was previously assessed hence no action is required. Said property is located on the southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue. First Hearing continued. 2. Application 5 -TM -79 of MAXINE DRUMMOND: TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide approximately .7 of an acre into two parcels equaling 10,500 sq. ft. and 18,600 sq. ft. and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The project is categorically exempt hence no action is required. CHINN (MAGIC WOK): USE PERMIT to operate a 3,000 sq. ft. fast-food restaurant on the former Red Barn site and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located on the northwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Saich Way in a CG (General Commercial) zoning district. First Hearing. 4. Application 4-Z-79 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: PREZONING 23t acres from Santa Clara County zones R2 -h (two family residence) and CG (General Commercial) to City of Cupertino P (Planned Development with residential and neighborhood commercial intent) zone consistent with the adopted General Plan or whatever zone is deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. The 23± acres located westerly of Freeway Route 85, southerly of University Avenue, easterly of Peninsula Avenue and northerly of Stevens Creek Boulevard. Application 19-U-76 (Revised) of ANY MOUNTAIN, LTD.: AMENDMENT of a previously approved use permit to construct a 12,500 sq. ft. commercial/office building in lieu of the previously approved 5,000 sq. ft. facility and add a 200 sq. ft. addition to the existing Ski Any Mountain building and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located on the southwest corner of North De Anza Boulevard and Mariani Avenue in a P (Planned Development with light industrial, general commercial and residential (4-10 dwelling units per acre) intent) zoning district. First Hearing. 6. Applications 5-Z-79 and 6 -TM -79 of CHARLES & SHIRLEY SNYDER: REZONING approxi- mately .7 gross acres from Al -43 (Agricultural Residential 43,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to Rl-10 (Residential single-family 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide approximately .7 of an acre into two parcels equaling approximately 15,000 sq. ft. each and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Applications 7 -TM -79 and 6-U-79 of CARL HOLVICK COMPANY: TENTATIVE MAP to sub- divide approximately three acres into two parcels equaling approximately 2.2 acres and .7 of an acre; USE PERMIT to construct a 28,300 sq. ft. industrial building and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located easterly of Bandley Drive and westerly of De Anza Boulevard approximately 200 ft. northerly of Lazaneo Drive in a P (Planned Development with light industrial, commercial and residential (4-10 dwelling units per acre) intent) zoning district. First Hearing. 8. Applications 6-Z-79, 8 -TM -79 and 7-U-79 of B.A.S. HOMES, INC.: REZONING approxi- mately .6 gross acres from CG (General Commercial) to P (Planned Development with commercial and office use intent) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to readjust a lot line be- tween two existing parcels which equal a total of approximately 1.5 acres; USE PERMIT to construct a 10,000 sq. ftT commercial/office building and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration.
