PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider the adoption of a Comprehensive
General Plan for the City of Cupertino's Sphere of Influence including
territory involved in the proposed San Jose Boundary Transfer. Said Dlan
shall include the following elements: Land Use, Housing, Open Space/
Conservation, Seismic Safety, Public Safety, Noise, Circulation and Scenic
Highways. Continued Public Hearing.
A. Circulation Element of General Plan - Discussion of Major Issues.
B. Consideration of Working Paper No. 8 for Public Safety Element of
General Plan.
2. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to amend Ordinance 002(e-1) providing for
zoning regulations for land annexed to the City of Cupertino as a result of
a municipal reorganization. First Hearing.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
3. Consideration of Amendment to Below Market Rate Housing Program pertaining
to participant priority system.
