PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 22-Z-78 of PETER S. GWOZDZ: REZONING approximately 20 acres which
is presently zoned a variety of single-family residential zoning districts
including 3.5 acres zoned Rl-120 (Residential, single-family, 120,000 sq. ft.
minimum lot size); 10 acres zoned Rl-400 (400,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size);
2 acres zoned Rl-60 (60,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size); and 4 acres zoned Rl-150
(150,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to RHS (Residential Hillside Slope -Density)
zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission and
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting
of a Negative Declaration. Said property is located on the northwest side of
Regnart Road approximately 600 ft. southerly of Lindy Lane. First Hearing
continued. APPLICANT REQUESTS REMOVAL FROM CALENDAR.
2. Applications 28 -TM -78 and 1-U-79 of CUPERTINO KNOLLS (EUREKA FEDERAL SAVINGS
& LOAN): TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide the subject property into 17 single-
family home sites. First Hearing continued. USE PERMIT to construct 17
single-family detached homes and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The project was
previously assessed hence no action is required. The subject property
consists of approximately 14.3± acres located on the north side of Voss
Avenue approximately 200 ft. westerly of El Prado Way. First Hearing.
3. Application 1-Z-79 of JAMES G. BOGHOSIAN: PREZONING approximately .4 of an
acre from Santa Clara County CG (General Commercial) to City of Cupertino CG
(General Commercial) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the
Planning Commission and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review
Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Said property
is located at the southeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Pasadena
Avenue. First Hearing

4. Application 2-U-79 of SILVER OAKS WEST (Stet JOSE BUILDING DESIGN, INC.): USE
PERMIT to operate a grocery store consisting of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. in
the planned Silver Oaks West Commercial Center and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The
project was previously assessed hence no action is required. The Silver Oaks
West commercial development is located on the northwest corner of Stevens
Creek Boulevard and Foothill Boulevard in a P (Planned Development with single-
family cluster, residential, multiple -family residential and commercial use
intent) zoning district. First Hearing.
