RESOLUTION NO. 1907
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE APB?NDMFNT OF
ORDINANCE 728 PERTAINING TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
ZONING DISTRICT INVOLVING 14.3 ACRES LOCATED AT
THE TERMINUS OF VOSS AVENUE.

LOCATION: North side of Voss Avenue approximately 200 ft. westerly of El Prado Way

The Planning Commission,upon review of a request to rezone said 14.3 acre parcel
from Planned Development to Hillside Residential, recommends that the present
Planned Development Zoning District (Ordinance 728) be retained subject to minor
modifications of Exhibit A. The modifications are as follows:
1. First sentence of Condition 2 is modified to read:
"The approved land use is single-family residential
with an allowed intensity range based upon the appli-
cation of the ½-Acre Foothill Modified Slope -Density
Formula".
2. Conditions 3 and 4 are to be deleted.
3. The conceptual zoning plan labeled Figure 2 shall be modified to
reflect the street alignment described in Exhibit A (tentative
map exhibit) for Application 28 -TM -78.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Claudy, Gatto, Koenitzer, Chairperson Blaine
