13. Grant of Easement 10650 Santa Lucia Rd
DR/~FT RESOLUTION N0.09-183 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUr1CIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES, JOSHUA RICHARDSON AND SHABNAM RICHARDSON, 10650 SANTA LUCIA ROAD, APN 342-16-035 WHEREAS, Joshua Richardson and. Sh;~bnam Richardson, have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes, which is in €;ood and sufficient form, granting the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain property for roadway purposes situate at 10650 Santa Luciia Road, APN 342-16-035, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEL-, that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said grant and this resolution.
