CONDITIONAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

Tenants, APN 357-04-070, 22464 Palm Avenue
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 66499.35, of the Government Code of the
State of California that the real property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made
a part hereof, is not in violation of the provisions of Division 2 of Title 7 of said
Government Code, cited as the Subdivision Map Act, and all local ordinances enacted
pursuant thereof when the following conditions are completed.
Conditions:
1. Execute Developers Agreement.
2. Pay all applicable fees.
3. Execute dedications.
4. Post all required bonds
Further, that as a result of this Conditional Certificate of Compliance, the sale, lease, or
financing of any separate parcel as described herein, shall not constitute a violation of said
Division 2 of Title 7 or local ordinances.
