All that certain real property situated in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State ~f California, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerl~~r corner of Lot B, as shown on that
certain Record of Survey recorded on July 2, 1962 in Book 148 of
Maps, at page 53, Santa Clara County Records;
thence north-easterly along tie 30' right of way of Crescent
Court as shown on that certain Parcel Map recorded in Book 666 of
Maps, at page 4, Santa Clara (:ounty Records North 50 Degrees 29
Minutes 00 Seconds East a distance of 102.69 feet; thence
south-easterly along the 20' right of way as shown on said Record
