LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of California being a right of way for public street purposes over the parcels of land
described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
Beginning at the intersection of the southeasterly corner of Lot 30 with the northeasterly
line of Hillcrest Avenue as shown on that certain Map entitled, "Map of Russelhurst,
Monte Vista", filed for record in Book "P" of rvlaps at page 13, Santa Clara County
Records, said point being on the northeasterly boundary line of said subdivision and the
northeasterly line of said Hillcrest Avenue being the southerly end of a curve to the
northwest; thence along said curve to the left t~ingent to said northeasterly line of said
Hillcrest Avenue thru a central angle of 21°02'22" with a radius of 30.00 feet for an arc
length of 11.02 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said
line of Hillview Avenue along a tangent curve to the left thru a central angle of
68°57'38" with a radius of 30.00 feet for an are length of 36.11 feet; thence leaving said
line of Hillview Avenue N 47°25'00" E 28.00 feet; thence S 42°35'00" E 19.23 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
WILLIAM J. GIGNAC AND NANCY L. KEDER, 10255 HILLCREST ROAD,
APN 326-16-008
WHEREAS, William J. Gignac and I`lancy L. Keder have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is iti good and sufficient form, granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, St~~te of California, easement over certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10255 Hillcrest Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that th.e City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
