Post Office, California, a Notice of Public Hearing, a copy of which is attached hereto. • That said mailing list has been provided by the Santa Clara County Department of Agriculture and Resource Management and lists the owners of property who are entitled to Notice of Hearing. • That on said day, there was a regular communication by Unites States mail between Cupertino, California and the addresses shown on the attached mailing list. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on September 6, 2016 at the hour of 6:45 p.m., or as soon as the item can be heard, in the Community Hall Council Chamber located at 10350 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, said report and assessment list will be presented for consideration and confirmation, and that any and all persons interested having any objections to said report and assessment list, or to any matter or thing contained therein, may appear at said time and place and be heard.
