NOTICE OF HEARING ON REPORT AND ASSESSMENT FOR WEED
ABATEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that that on November, 2016 the County
Agricultural Commissioner filed with the City Clerk a report and assessment of
abatement of weeds, brush and/or combustible debris within the City, copies of which
are posted near the main door of the city council chambers and located in the City
Clerk's office of City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on February 7, 2017 at the hour of 6:45 p.m.,
or as soon as the item can be heard, in the Community Hall Council Chamber located at
10350 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, said report and assessment list will be presented for
consideration and confirmation, and that any and all persons interested having any
objections to said report and assessment list, or to any matter or thing contained therein,
may appear at said time and place and be heard.
