The Director reports her decision to the City Council and Planning Commission in time to allow any Council member. or Planning Commissioner to appeal the decision within f ourteen calendar days. BACKGROUND: The applicant is requesting a Director's Minor Modification to allow minor exterior building treatment changes to a previously approved two-story home (R-2007-40) located at 21011 Greenleaf Drive. The Director of Community Development approved atwo-story, 4,290 square foot residence on November 13, 2007. The color of the building is also consistent wit11 the approved plans. Based on this, staf f believes that although the aesthetic quality of the built project is not as high as the approved plans, the project is generally compatible with surrounding development. In addition, the immediate neighbors Have expressed support for the project or have no comments. The fourteen-calendar day appeal period will expire on November 10, 2009. Please nicely give your comments on our house exterior appearance if anything would be of your concern or opinion.
