A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING ASEMI-RURAL DESIGNATION FOR SANTA LUCIA ROAD
WHEREAS, property owners along the frontages of Santa Lucia Road have circulated
a petition in support of altering their neighborhood designation to semi-rural; and
WHEREAS, 2/3 of the property owners h;~ve signed in support of eliminating sidewalk
requirements for this street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council hereby approves a
semi-rural designation for Santa Lucia Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 6`" day of October, 2009, by the foll~~wing vote:
