RESOLUTION NO. 1919
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR A 1,200± SQ. FT. DANCE
STUDIO WITHIN THE EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
APPROXIMATELY 250 FT. EASTERLY OF ADRIANA AVENUE IN
A CG (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Cupertino, California 95014
Creek Boulevard approximately 300 ft. easterly
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of March 12, 1979. That the change in the use of the non -conforming building
is of a same or more restrictive nature than previous uses.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 3-U-79 as may be
amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. On -street parking along this portion of Stevens Creek Boulevard will be
eliminated with the implementation of the four lanes of through traffic on
Stevens Creek Boulevard. At that time, the applicant will be expected to
obtain permission for client parking and drop-off areas which do not conflict
with the travel lanes on Stevens Creek Boulevard. Should the Commission
find at that time that clients are still being dropped off in front of the
store in a travel lane on Stevens Creek Boulevard or that adequate parking
has not been provided, the Commission shall have the ability to recall this
use permit.
17. The applicant shall be required to conform with all provisions of the
building code as determined by the City's Chief Building Inspector prior
to occupancy.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
