HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 190825-U-78 RESOLUTION NO. 1908 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT THREE OFFICE BUILDINGS CONSISTING OF A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 37,200 SQ. FT. ON A 2.6 ACRE PARCEL. APPLICANT: ZRM Associates (Zimmerman, Rintala, et al) ADDRESS: 10350 South De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: December 8, 1978 LOCATION: East side of South De Anza Boulevard approximately 160 ft. northerly of Pacifica Drive ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of January 8, 1979. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of Application 25-U-78 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. That the approval is to allow construction of three professional office buildings consisting of approximately 37,200 sq. ft. The uses shall allow professional office and medical office buildings and incidental commercial uses which are deemed by the Director of Planning and Development to primarily serve the office uses. 17. The applicant shall be required to implement reciprocal ingress/egress drives with all of the existing developments bordering the subject property. If the owners of any of the surrounding properties are not willing and not required by previous conditions to enter into reciprocal ingress/egress easements at this time, the applicant shall record a signed statement which is acceptable to the City Attorney agreeing to provide reciprocal ingress/ egress with the attached sites at such time in the future as the City can require the same of the adjoining property owner(s). The final location of the reciprocal drive between the subject parcel and the existing office building located to the south shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Traffic Engineer. 18. The applicant shall eliminate several parking stalls located at the major entrance drives off of De Anza Boulevard to lessen the potential conflict between parking movements and vehicles entering or exiting the site, subject to the review and approval of the City Traffic Engineer. -2- 25-U-78 Resolution No. 1908 (continued) PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1979, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Adams, Claudy, Gatto, Koenitzer, Chairperson Blaine NAYS: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None APPROVED: Sharon Blaine, Chairperson Planning Commission ATTEST: Robert Cowan Assistant Planning Director -3-
