1. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider 1973 Comprehensive General
Plan. First Hearing continued.
NOTE: The above public hearing regarding the General Plan will be discontinued
at 10:00 p.m.
2. Applications 11-U-73 and 11 -TM -73 of HEWLETT-PACKARD COMPANY: Use Permit
to allow construction totaling 1,310,000 sq. ft. of light industrial space;
Tentative Map to combine Parcels A and B consisting of 96.572 acres. Said
property is within a P (Planned Development with light industrial intent)
zone and is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Homestead
Road and Wolfe Road. First Hearing.
3. Application 17-U-73 of WILL W. LESTER: Use Permit to allow a modification
of height for a transmitting/receiving antenna from fifty-five (55) feet to
ninety (90) feet as provided in Section 69.6 of Ordinance 220(g). Said
property is located at 10650 Linnet Lane in a P (Planned Development) zone.
