WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS ORAL COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider 1973 Comprehensive General Plan. First Hearing continued. NOTE: The above public hearing regarding the General Plan will be discontinued at 10:00 p.m. 2. Amendment to Use Permit 26-U-69 (Oaks Shopping Center) STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION: Deleting retail and office space, and adding a cinema includ- ing three (3) auditoriums of 300 seats each. Said property is in a P (Planned Development with general commercial intent) zone and is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Mary Avenue. First Hearing. 3. Application 9-Z-73 of PAUL J. AND JANET J. DEBENEDETTI: Prezoning .287 acres from Santa Clara County R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone to City of Cupertino R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Amendment to Planned Development zoning ordinances 255 and 256 (Applications 20-Z-63 and 21-Z-63): VALLCO PARK, LTD. request to amend the most currently approved land use maps to change the designation of twenty-three (23) acres located in the southeast quadrant of Interstate Route 280 and Wolfe Road from light industrial to commercial and professional office use, and the designation of nine (9) acres of commercial and eleven (11) acres of professional office and related light industrial uses located within the southeast quadrant of Interstate 280 and Pruneridge Avenue to a combined twenty (20) acre commercial/professional office/light industrial use.
