1. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider 1973 Comprehensive
General Plan. First Hearing continued.
2. Application 6-Z-73: JAMES AND ALICE HERBERT for Rezoning .208 acres
from Rl-10 (Residential, Single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling
unit) zone to R1-7.5 (Residential, Single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. per
dwelling unit) zone, or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by
the Planning Commission. Said property is located 170 feet northerly
of the intersection of Crescent and Hillcrest Roads. First Hearing.
3. Application 6 -TM -73: ESTATE HOMES, INC. for Tentative Map to divide
